Product should be a dictatorship, not consensus-driven.
Reminds me of this quote:

Product teams are looking for leaders and for product management to lead them.

I needed that. I was feeling bad b/c I was choosing to not design by consensus. Listen to the various viewpoints, yes. Debate the details, not so much. Let’s pick a direction and go. We can adjust along the way as we learn more.
