 Not sure what direction this blog is going to head over the long-term but as result of the URL I picked it needs to be, at a minimum, about strategy and the Product Manager. My intention with the URL was to provide me a gentle reminder to stay focused on helping you become a strategic Product Manager. Product Managers have the unique responsibility to control the direction (and therefore strategy) of their product(s), yet the majority are turning even simple strategic activities into tactical activities. So… we’ll work on that with pointers, tips, suggestions, advice and an open forum for people to engage in. Stay tuned for a blog that I hope will engage you to remain a loyal reader but most importantly become a participant. Comments are what keep this alive.
